Sandy Rubinstein oversees all DXagency operational divisions as well as marketing strategies and execution. As part of her management role within the agency Sandy also oversees staff development and ensures that each member of the team learns, grows and provides the clients with the best possible work product. Sandy came to DX in 2009 after 20 years’ experience in various senior Marketing, Management and Advertising roles at television networks and consumer brands including: TVLand, General Motors R Works, Lifetime Television and Nick at Nite. Sandy graduated from the University of Miami with a double major in Classical Voice & Business and a minor in Marketing & Advertising.
Michael Dub has been with DX since 2012 and specializes in online strategy and traffic driving solutions including: SEO, CRM, analytics and revenue generation. Previously, Michael was the Vice President of Audience Development for Time Inc. Digital, where he was responsible for increasing traffic to the Time Magazine websites through strategic content distribution deals, search engine optimization, and the use of desktop tools and applications. Prior to Time Inc., Michael was the Director of Consumer Marketing for MTV: Music Television responsible for the development and execution of channel-wide marketing campaign deepening MTV's audience relationship and increasing ancillary business revenue. Michael is a graduate of Syracuse University's School of Management.
Benjamin Hordell, applied his expertise in marketing to form the basis for DXagency, the digital marketing and advertising firm which he and Mark founded in 2004. Ben wanted to build a firm that focused on consumer engagement and created programs for clients that focused on that one-to-one relationship. At DX, Benjamin specializes in engagement strategies, creative ideation and consulting companies on how to most effectively invest their marketing dollars. Ben began his career at Everfine Records where he oversaw grassroots, lifestyle and youth culture marketing. Ben graduated cum laude from Miami University with a B.S. in Management and Marketing.
