Web Developer

We are seeking a Web Developer for our Edgewater, NJ office.

The position is primarily focused on email, but may also include some development (coding) for various other digital properties, including website and landing pages.

Responsibilities include:

  • Code, test, and deploy responsive HTML emails for various promotional, lead nurture, and transactional campaigns
  • Perform quality assurance on all deliverables.
  • Own readability and accurate rendering across all major email clients and devices
  • Work with creative and digital team members to execute emails that are brand consistent
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance email campaigns
  • Improve upon current email templates and ensure consistent branding across multiple email lists and browsers
  • Stay current with latest design and development trends

The Developer will work alongside a highly talented team of designers and developers, under the guidance of the Creative Director.

Technical Skills:

Front-end web coding techniques (HTML/CSS)

Adobe Photoshop

Working knowledge of JS and/or PHP – a plus
