Identifying a gap in the marketplace, Schmidt Brothers lacked a cohesive execution in the e-commerce space. Their online storefront needed a UX facelift matching the quality of their products, optimized to better drive conversion.
Utilizing our in-house Development and Design teams, DX audited the existing site and created a strategy to refresh or re-style all pages on the front and back end for revenue generation.
A product quiz was implemented to help consumers through their product selection journey ultimately leading to product recommendations. CRM was designed to echo their brand and automations implanted were coded, designed and optimized to encourage sales. Closing the loop on the consumer journey, DX also integrated a Live Chatbot ensuring consumers could efficiently receive communication in real-time to answer FAQs or find additional information.
