The Challenge

DX was tasked with revamping TOCCA’s online Shopify storefront to increase traffic and sales.

The Solution

DX redeveloped large portions of the TOCCA site to conform with e-commerce best practices and optimize the user experience. From design aesthetics and site copy to conversion tracking and automated email campaigns, DX streamlined the consumer journey to ensure greater acquisition and retention. Shortly after the relaunch of the site, DX began running multi-channel, direct response paid media to capitalize upon substantial increases in conversion and lead generation.
